Bright Coastal Kitchen Transformation: A Virginia Beach Remodel

This Coastal Virginia homeowner wanted to transform their dark, closed off kitchen into the heart of their home. A large section of wall was removed to allow light to enter from the living room windows. White cabinets brighten the space, accented by the Persa Avorio granite countertops and the stainless steel Wolf appliances, and a large island means there is space for the children to participate in mealtime prep. Finally, the fireplace mantel went from white to stained, carrying the color of the floor up to eye level and adding just the right amount of weight to the space.
